Guide - algae in the aquarium

This guide is used to identify the aquarium algae and describes effective and non-invasive methods of combat in freshwater aquariums.

We note that the identification of species and even the type to which belongs algae is difficult and more risky and virtually impossible without accurate microscopic analysis. Therefore, in the following guide assumes the classification of algae on the basis of the most common varieties depending on the type of blooms, which give rise to a tank.


Note: The described methods to combat algae concern aquarium plant - therefore do not harm plants, snails and delicate shrimp grown in tanks of this type.
